Morning Run

Sometimes I know before I even paint what the title of piece is going to be, sometimes it takes me a little longer...I set up the painting somewhere and stare at it. I'll leave it some place I'll walk by and every time I do I'll look at it, thinking. Such was the case for this piece. While looking at it, deep in thought of what the name should be, my mind wandered to how I should've gone for a run this morning. It wasn't snowing like it was forecasted to and I was bummed I missed my chance. That's when I realized what I could call the piece. Interesting where inspiration can come from!
